Circuit Judge Chris Posey Sworn In at Neshoba County Courthouse

Neshoba County, MS — July 23, 2025

Circuit Judge Chris Posey was officially sworn in on Tuesday during a ceremony held at the Neshoba County Courthouse. Posey was appointed by Governor Tate Reeves to serve the Eighth Judicial District, filling the vacancy left by the retirement of longtime Circuit Judge Mark Duncan.
