TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Temporary Overnight LANE CLOSURES on I-20/59 in Lauderdale County

I-20/59 in the City of Meridian-Government will have the following temporary lane closures from 10 p.m. Tuesday, September 15, to 5 a.m. Wednesday, September 16, while crews remove and repair damaged sign truss:

The RIGHT LANE of I-20/59 EASTBOUND

The I-20/59 EASTBOUND OFF-RAMP at Exit 150

The LEFT LANE of I-20/59 WESTBOUND between the 65th Ave. bridge and the State Route 19 bridge

WHO: The Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT).

WHAT: Temporary lane closures.

WHEN: From 10 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15, until 5 a.m. on Wednesday, September 16.

WHERE: The right lane of I-20/59 eastbound, the eastbound off-ramp at Exit 150, and the left lane of I-20/59 westbound between the 65th Ave. bridge and the SR 19 bridge in Meridian.

WHY: Crews will remove and repair damaged sign truss.

HOW: Drivers should slow down and be alert for roadside crews and equipment.
