Kitchen Fire Reported at Texaco Gas Station in Marion Early This Morning

A kitchen fire was reported at the Texaco gas station in Marion early this morning at approximately 4:50 a.m.

The Russell, Marion, and Northeast Volunteer Fire Departments responded to the scene and were able to extinguish the fire quickly. Officials report that no major damage occurred as a result of the fire.

The Marion Police Department also responded to assist at the scene. No injuries have been reported at this time.
