Two Arrested in Scott County After Undercover Operation Intercepts “Switch” Device

The Scott County Sheriff’s Department has taken two individuals into custody after intercepting the sale of a “Switch” device during an undercover operation. According to authorities, an undercover officer arranged the transaction, which led deputies to the Forest Commons Shopping Center parking lot off Highway 35 South in Forest.

Deputies moved in and made the arrests without incident. Officials have not yet released the names of the suspects, and additional details about the device and its intended use have not been disclosed.

The Sheriff’s Office reports that the investigation is still ongoing.
