Man Found Shot to Death in Scott County; Investigation Ongoing

SCOTT COUNTY, MS – Authorities are investigating a deadly shooting that occurred just after midnight in the 3000 block of Langs Mill Road in Forest.

According to officials, a male subject was found with a gunshot wound at a residence. Hunter Wolf confirmed the victim died at the scene.

The Scott County Sheriff's Department is currently leading the investigation.

No names have been released at this time, pending notification of next of kin.
