Congratulations to our annual award winners tonight at the Chamber Banquet.

All of our award winners are very worthy of their awards. Clarke County is definitely full of good people, talented people, people with amazing work ethics who dont mind lending a hand.

1. CLARKE COUNTY BUSINESS OF THE YEAR: M&M FLORIST and HUNT DESIGN. Both owned and operated by HUNTER BONNER. Very much deserved! Congrats yall!

2. CLARKE COUNTY SERVICE AWARD: Given to a local company that serves Clarke County. Given to Our sheriff ANTHONY CHANCELLOR for the CLARKE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE. They do so much in service for our community and rarely get a thank you. Very well deserved Anthony and CCSO!

3. THE CHAMBER BOARD OF DIRECTORS AWARD: This award went to an outstanding Chamber member who always goes above and beyond for the Chamber. MRS. LYNITA BARTEE took home that award and it was well deserved.

4. THE CLARKE COUNTY CITIZEN OF THE YEAR: We have duo winners for this honor this year. First is MR. DON MOORE who goes above and beyond for his community. His dedication is second to none. He has a tremendous work ethic and deserves recognition he never asks for. Thank you Don for all you do!

And our second CLARKE COUNTY CITIZEN OF THE YEAR went to our past president of the Chamber MR. GREG JACKSON. Whatever Greg does, he does it well and completely immerses himself into what he is doing until the job is done. He was president for the last 3 years.
