I-55 North Closed in DeSoto County After 18-Wheeler Crash

All lanes of Interstate 55 Northbound are blocked past MS-306 (Exit 271) in DeSoto County following an 18-wheeler crash.

Drivers should avoid the area and expect significant delays.

Officials are urging emergency travel only while crews work the scene and clear the roadway.

There is no estimated time for reopening at this point.
