We continue to work with federal authorities and national experts in cyberattack response as we evaluate the extent of the attack and our next steps. We expect this to be a multi-day event and will communicate helpful information, when available.

UMMC clinics statewide will again be closed tomorrow, Friday, Feb. 20, and elective procedures are cancelled. Appointments will be rescheduled. One exception is the dialysis clinic at the Jackson Medical Mall, which is operational and open for scheduled appointments.

UMMC hospitals and Emergency Departments will remain open the duration of this incident unless we communicate otherwise.

In-person classes remain as scheduled, but online classes are cancelled for tomorrow.

We are sorry for this disruption, and we are working diligently to restore our systems and services as soon as possible.
