Overnight Burglary Reported at Tobacco Haven on Highway 45 North

Meridian, MS — February 20, 2026

The Meridian Police Department responded to an overnight burglary at Tobacco Haven in the 2000 block of Highway 45 North.

Officers arrived at the scene and found the front door open. According to employees , the suspects broke a small piece of glass on the front door to gain entry. The small opening allowed them to reach inside and unlock the door.

The store reported that a small amount of inventory was taken during the incident. No injuries have been reported.

The case remains under active investigation, and no suspect information has been released at this time.
