Man Taken Into Custody After Shooting Incident in Winston County

A man has been taken into custody following a violent incident involving both a family member and a law enforcement officer in Winston County.

Bobby White Jr. was arrested and is currently facing multiple serious charges, including:

Aggravated Assault

Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer

Authorities report that White allegedly shot his brother and also fired at a sheriff’s deputy during the incident.

Bond has been set at $50,000 by Justice Court Judge Beck.

The Winston County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the arrest and expressed appreciation for the assistance provided by the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Task Force, who aided in locating and capturing the suspect.
