Two Arrested in Home Burglary in Meridian

Meridian police responded to a reported burglary in progress this afternoon in the 3000 block of 9th Street. Upon arrival, officers entered the residence to clear the home. Two suspects were found inside and taken into custody without incident.

Police say a weapon was recovered from one of the suspects during the arrest. The home was unoccupied at the time of the burglary.

The investigation is ongoing.
