Lauderdale County Authorities Investigating Contraband Case at East Mississippi Correctional Facility

The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department is conducting an ongoing investigation involving alleged contraband being brought into the East Mississippi Correctional Facility.

According to authorities, Haley Malbrough was picked up at the East Mississippi Correctional Facility in connection with charges related to introducing contraband into the prison.

Sheriff Ward Calhoun says the investigation remains active, and no additional details have been released at this time.
