Congressman Michael Guest visited Meridian on Tuesday

Meridian, Miss. — Congressman Michael Guest visited Meridian on Tuesday, where he met with members of his county advisory group and local leaders to discuss community priorities and ongoing development efforts.

During the visit, Guest met with Meridian Mayor Percy Bland and Marion Mayor Larry Gill. The discussions focused on local issues affecting the region and opportunities for collaboration between federal and municipal leadership.

The congressman also toured a local training facility, highlighting the revitalization of the facilty for law enforcement.

Gyest said the visit was part of his ongoing effort to stay connected with communities across his district and better understand their needs.
