Two Arrested in Newton For the Beating and Robbery of Elderly Man.
Newton Police Department has arrested two people in the beating and Robbery of a 67-year-old man. The incident occurred on August 1st at 2: 25 am at the Thrifty Inn.
Traquan Rashad Kidd, B/M has been charged with Attempted Murder, Strong Armed Robbery, and abuse of a vulnerable adult.
Tianna Roberts B/F has been charged with: Accessory before and after the fact.
