Meridian Police Department was requested to respond to 106 calls for service from March 25, 2024 at 6:00 AM to March 26, 2024 at 6:00 AM.

The following were reported to the Meridian Police Department.

Robbery

At 8:34 PM on March 25, 2024, Meridian Police responded to an armed robbery in the 1200 block of 17th Avenue. The victims stated they were threatened with guns and cash was demanded, the case is currently under investigation.

Commercial Burglary

There were no commercial burglaries reported.

Church Burglary

There were no church burglaries reported.

Stolen Vehicles

At 9:23 PM on March 25, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a stolen vehicle in the 1400 block of Roebuck Drive. The vehicle has been recovered.

Auto Burglary

There were no auto burglaries reported.

Residential Burglary

At 9:11 AM on March 25, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 1700 block of 24th Avenue. Entry was gained through a door.

Shootings

Meridian Police responded to 2 shots fired calls and when Officers arrived on scene, only 1 showed any evidence found to support the calls.

At 9:07 PM on March 25, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 1300 block of 19th Street. One vehicle was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
