Robbery
There were no robberies reported.
Commercial Burglary
At 11:57 PM on February 4, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a commercial burglary in the 2300 block of North Frontage Road. Entry was gained through a door.
Church Burglary
There were no church burglaries reported.
Stolen Vehicles
At 9:51 AM on February 4, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a stolen vehicle in the 1800 block of 24th Street. The vehicle has been recovered.
Auto Burglary
At 7:49 AM on February 3, 2024, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 2700 block of Myrtlewood Drive. Entry was gained through a door.
Residential Burglary
At 5:13 PM on February 2, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 1600 block of 30th Avenue. Entry was gained through a door.
Shootings
Meridian Police responded to 12 shots fired calls and when Officers arrived on scene, only 4 showed any evidence found to support the calls.
At 12:08 AM on February 3, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 3000 block of 36th Avenue. One residence was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
At 12:39 PM on February 3, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 4600 block of 8th Street. One structure and one vehicle were struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
At 8:02 PM on February 3, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 3000 block of 46th Avenue. One individual was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
At 4:17 PM on February 4, 2024, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 4300 block of Hooper Street. One residence was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
