The following were reported to the Meridian Police Department.
Robbery
There were no robberies reported.
Commercial Burglary
There were no commercial burglaries reported.
Church Burglary
There were no church burglaries reported.
Stolen Vehicles
At 4:27 PM on January 24, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a stolen vehicle in the 900 block of 42nd Avenue. The case is currently under investigation.
At 10:56 PM on January 25, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a stolen vehicle in the 200 block of North Hills Street. The vehicle has been recovered.
Auto Burglary
At 4:12 AM on January 25, 2025, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 2200 block of South Frontage Road. Entry was gained through a window.
Residential Burglary
At 8:58 PM on January 24, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 3800 block of Poplar Springs Drive. Entry was gained through a window.
At 9:10 PM on January 24, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 3800 block of Poplar Springs Drive. Entry was gained through a window.
At 3:10 PM on January 25, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 2000 block of 38th Avenue. Entry was gained through a window.
Shootings
Meridian Police responded to 6 shots fired calls and when Officers arrived on scene, only 3 showed evidence found to support the calls.
At 12:26 AM on January 25, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 100 block of 5th Avenue. One individual was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
At 6:13 AM on January 26, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 200 block of Old Country Club Road East. One individual was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
