MPD Makes Arrest
On March 14th an officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of Arthur Street and 54th Avenue.
During the stop a passenger fled from the vehicle. The passenger Jateria McKee was taken into custody shortly after. McKee and Fernando Ruffin were both charged with felon in possession of a firearm.
McKee bond was denied and he is on hold for MDOC.
Ruffin bond is set at $50,000.
