Drug Bust in Lauderdale County

In the past week, the East Mississippi Drug Task Force has served a total of five search warrants. These search warrants were based upon long-term drug investigations in our community. The following agencies assisted - Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department SWAT Team Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Theses search warrants were served in the following locations - 1600 block of 6th Avenue 1500 block of 25th Avenue 1200 block of 17th Avenue (Two residences) 9300 block of Hamrick Road North - Collinsville These investigations resulted in the arrest of five individuals - Jimmy Andrew Hodges Ember Rashae Fry Darryl Lamar Bass Antonio O’Neal Reed Ronnie Lynn Edwards Over two pounds of marijuana, over one and a half pounds of methamphetamine, one ounce of cocaine, over three hundred and fifty (350) ecstasy pills, and eleven guns, one of the guns were reported stolen. These investigations will be presented to the next available grand jury.
