4th Letter From Grand Jury on The Meridian Police Department.

For the 4th time, the Grand Jury has sent recommendations to the Meridian Police Department Administration. The Grand Jury Reconvened on April 17th and evidence and testimony from 12 witnesses were heard. There were 11 true bills of indictment.
