Statement from Anthony Chancelor Sheriff Of Clarke County

Just before midnight, I heard 5-6 shots outside of my bedroom window. By the time I made it to the door, a dark colored midsized SUV (possibly a Lincoln) was pulling out of my circle drive and drove north. I immediately notified dispatch, so they could have the PD look for the vehicle.

The police department is investigating this matter, a neighbor found where a dark colored SUV passed 3 times prior to the shooting.
