Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch announced the second child-exploitation sentencing of 2026 following an undercover operation conducted by investigators.

Terrance Allan Green, 46, of Biloxi, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of child sexual abuse material.

Chief U.S. District Judge Sul Ozerden sentenced Green to 10 years in the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

In addition to the prison sentence, Green will face lifetime supervised release after completing his term. The court also ordered him to pay $15,000 in restitution to victims and $3,000 in additional fees.

Authorities stated that Green was already a registered sex offender prior to this conviction.

The case resulted from an undercover investigation targeting online child exploitation
