Suspect Arrested in Philadelphia After Theft of Louisville Fire Department Truck
On February 9, 2025, at approximately 10:15 a.m., officers were notified of a wanted individual out of Winston County believed to be in the area of ABS Tax Service.
Upon arrival, officers observed a male fleeing the area on foot, traveling eastbound. Multiple officers and assisting agencies responded, and after a brief search, the suspect was located underneath a building near Royal Repair.
The suspect, identified as Frederick T.
Rush of Louisville, was taken into custody without incident.
Rush has been turned over to the Winston County Sheriff’s Department. There are no charges at this time through the Philadelphia Police Department.
