Pine Forest Road Reopened!

We’re pleased to announce that Pine Forest Road is now officially back open to the public!

This section of roadway was temporarily closed due to the unexpected failure of a bridge structure. After a thorough evaluation and consultation with our engineering team, we determined that a full replacement was necessary to ensure long-term safety and stability in the area.

Rather than reconstructing the original bridge, we chose a more efficient and cost-effective solution: installing two 60-inch culvert pipes . These large pipes are engineered to handle the same volume of water flow as the previous structure and will serve as a strong, long-term drainage solution.

At this time, a temporary gravel surface has been placed over the newly installed culverts to reopen the road while we monitor performance and plan for permanent paving. We kindly ask all drivers to slow down and use extra caution when passing through the area, as the gravel surface may be uneven.
