Hemphill Construction plans to close 18th Avenue this Thursday (01/15) and Friday (01/16) to pave the street where the new pipe was installed as part of the Highway 80 Trunk Line Phase 2-B Rehabilitation Project. The attached detour route will be the same as previously submitted.
