DRIVER SERVICE BUREAU OPENS COLUMBIA STATION

Jackson, Miss. - The Mississippi Department of Public Safety will open a new Driver Service location on Monday, February 9, 2026, in Columbia. The office will be located at 153 Partnership Way, Columbia, MS 39429, and will provide services to residents in Marion County and the surrounding area.

Appointments can be scheduled online at dps.ms.gov, and average wait times at Mississippi Driver Service locations are currently 14 minutes or less.

“This new office is a great addition for the people of Columbia and the surrounding area,” said Commissioner Sean Tindell. “Our goal is to continue improving access to services across the state while keeping wait times low and customer service strong.”
