Aggravated trafficking of ecstasy and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute

On November 18, 2025, the MS Drug Task Force conducted a traffic stop in the 1700 block of 24th Street. After further investigation, one pound (approximately 1,500 units) of ecstasy and a half ounce of cocaine was seized.

Michael Edwards has been charged with aggravated trafficking of ecstasy and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

Total bond is $400,000
