Porterville Water Association, in partnership with Mississippi Rural Water Association, continues working to address the recent water outages affecting our system.

As we have learned through years of experience, Porterville Water operates a very unique water system. At this time, the primary solution remains allowing each tank adequate time to refill. Crews are actively walking the system to ensure all valves are properly set, secured, and protected to prevent any further tampering.

Currently, all customers south of the Highway 45 pumping station remain without water service. Our teams are working diligently to restore service to all affected customers as quickly and safely as possible.
