Arrest Made in Scrap Metal Theft

An arrest warrant was issued for Andrew Chandler Hubbard for the charge of Petit Larceny by Judge Nick Lisi . Chandler allegedly took scrap metal from the old Kate Griffin School. He was taken into custody near 6th Street and 27th Avenue.
