Man Wanted in Winston County Shooting Involving Brother

WINSTON COUNTY, Miss. — Authorities are searching for a man wanted in connection with a shooting that injured his brother Thursday night.

According to the Winston County Sheriff's Office, deputies are looking for Bobby White, who is wanted in relation to a shooting that occurred around 9:30 p.m. Thursday in Winston County.

Investigators say the incident involved a dispute between White and his brother that led to gunfire. The victim was struck during the altercation and was taken for medical treatment.

Officials said the victim’s injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.

After the shooting, Bobby White reportedly fled the scene and remains at large. Law enforcement officers are actively searching for him.
