Two Arrested for Criminal Trespassing in Choctaw County

October 18, 2025 | Choctaw County, AL — On Saturday evening at approximately 8:30 PM, the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 call reporting suspicious activity near a residence on Branch Road.

Upon arrival, deputies discovered two individuals allegedly trespassing on the property. The suspects, identified as William Dixon and Nicholas Logan, were taken into custody at the scene.

Both Dixon and Logan were charged with Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree and transported to the Clarke County Jail for booking.
