Meridian Police Department was requested to respond to 401 calls for service from April 25, 2024 at 6:00 AM to April 29, 2025 at 6:00 AM.

The following were reported to the Meridian Police Department.            

Robbery

There were no robberies reported.

Commercial Burglary

At 11:35 AM on April 25, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a commercial burglary in the 2200 block of Highway 39 North. Entry was gained through a door.

At 11:01 AM on April 25, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a commercial burglary in the 1100 block of B Street. Entry was gained through a window.

At 11:47 AM on April 27, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a commercial burglary in the 300 block of North Frontage Road. Entry was gained through a door.

At 9:44 AM on April 28, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a commercial burglary in the 1600 block of 20th Avenue. Entry was gained through a door.

Church Burglary

There were no church burglaries reported.

Stolen Vehicles

At 7:03 AM on April 25, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a stolen vehicle in the 2200 block of Highway 39 North. The vehicle has been recovered.

At 2:14 PM on April 27, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a stolen vehicle in the 2800 block of Southern Way. The vehicle has been recovered.

Auto Burglary 

There were no auto burglaries reported.

Residential Burglary

At 9:32 AM on April 25, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 2200 block of 20th Avenue. Entry was gained through a door.

At 7:55 PM on April 26, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 3600 block of Poplar Springs Drive. Entry was gained through a door.

At 8:45 PM on April 26, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 1400 block of 26th Avenue. Entry was gained through a door.

Shootings

Meridian Police responded to 15 shots fired calls and when Officers arrived on scene, only 2 showed any evidence found to support the calls.

At 12:57 PM on April 28, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 600 block of 22nd Avenue South. One individual was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
