Residential Burglary

At 8:07 AM on August 3, 2026, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 2800 block of 26th Street. Entry was gained through a window.

Shootings

Meridian Police responded to 1 shots fired call and when Officers arrived on scene, evidence was found to support the call.

At 8:20 PM on August 3, 2026, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 4500 block of Highland Park Drive. One vehicle was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
