Meridian Police Department was requested to respond to 354 calls for service from August 1, 2025 at 6:00 AM to August 4, 2025 at 6:00 AM.

The following were reported to the Meridian Police Department.            

Robbery

There were no robberies reported.

Commercial Burglary

At 8:19 AM on August 1, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a commercial burglary in the 5200 block of Highway 493. Entry was gained through a door.

Church Burglary

There were no church burglaries reported.

Stolen Vehicles

At 6:13 AM on August 1, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a stolen vehicle in the 2100 block of South Frontage Road. The case is currently under investigation.

Auto Burglary 

At 6:55 PM on August 2, 2025, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 2100 block of 14th Street. Entry was gained through a door.

Residential Burglary

There were no residential burglaries reported.

Shootings

Meridian Police responded to 7 shots fired calls and when Officers arrived on scene, only 1 showed any evidence found to support the calls.

At 5:27 PM on August 3, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 4000 block of South Street. One individual was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
