Meridian Police Department was requested to respond to 331 calls for service from September 5, 2025 at 6:00 AM to September 8, 2025 at 6:00 AM.

The following were reported to the Meridian Police Department.            

Robbery

There were no robberies reported.

Commercial Burglary

There were no commercial burglaries reported.

Church Burglary

There were no church burglaries reported.

Stolen Vehicles

At 8:55 PM on September 5, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a stolen vehicle in the 2300 block of Highway 19 North. The vehicle has been recovered.

At 9:27 AM on September 6, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a stolen vehicle in the 4500 block of Highway 39 North. The case is currently under investigation.

Auto Burglary 

At 1:11 PM on September 6, 2025, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 2000 block of Highway 45 North. Entry was gained through a door.

Residential Burglary

At 11:40 AM on September 5, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 1500 block of 45th Avenue. Entry was gained through a window.

AT 6:46 PM on September 5, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 4300 block of Hooper Street. Entry was attempted through a door.

Shootings

Meridian Police responded to 10 shots fired calls and when Officers arrived on scene, only 1 showed evidence found to support the calls.

At 6:44 AM on September 6, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 3600 block of 24th Street. One residence was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
