The following were reported to the Meridian Police Department.
Robbery
At 7:28 PM on June 16, 2025, Meridian Police responded to an armed robbery in the 2800 block of 8th Street. The victim stated he was threatened with a gun and cash was taken, the case is currently under investigation.
Commercial Burglary
At 8:04 AM on June 16, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a commercial burglary in the 4800 block of 29th Avenue. Entry was gained through a door.
Church Burglary
There were no church burglaries reported.
Stolen Vehicles
There were no stolen vehicles reported.
Auto Burglary
At 10:59 PM on June 16, 2025, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 1400 block of 47th Avenue. Entry was gained through a door.
Residential Burglary
At 9:17 AM on June 16, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 3700 block of 42nd Street. Entry was gained through a door.
At 12:13 PM on June 16, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 1400 block of 26th Avenue. Entry was gained through a door.
Shootings
Meridian Police responded to 1 shots fired call and when Officers arrived on scene, evidence was found to support the calls.
At 10:22 PM on June 16, 2025, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 2100 block of 14th Street. One victim was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
