Meridian Police Department was requested to respond to 359 calls for service from February 20, 2026 at 6:00 AM to February 23, 2026 at 6:00 AM.
The following were reported to the Meridian Police Department.
Robbery
At 9:04 PM on February 21, 2026, Meridian Police responded to an armed robbery in the 500 block of Highway 19 South. The victim was threatened with a firearm and merchandise was taken, the case is currently under investigation.
At 7:05 PM on February 22, 2026, Meridian Police responded to an armed robbery in the 4600 block of 5th Street. The victim stated he was threatened with a firearm; his wallet and cell phone were taken then he was assaulted with a knife. The case is currently under investigation.
Commercial Burglary
There were no commercial burglaries reported.
Church Burglary
There were no church burglaries reported.
Stolen Vehicles
At 7:21 PM on February 20, 2026, Meridian Police responded to a stolen vehicle in the 800 block of 29th Street. The case is currently under investigation.

Shootings
Meridian Police responded to 6 shots fired calls and when Officers arrived on scene, only 1 showed evidence found to support the calls.
At 1:03 AM on February 21, 2026, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 8200 block of Highway 39 North. One vehicle was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
