The following were reported to the Meridian Police Department.

Robbery

There were no robberies reported.

Commercial Burglary

There were no commercial burglaries reported.

Church Burglary

There were no church burglaries reported.

Stolen Vehicles

There were no stolen vehicles reported.

Auto Burglary

At 7:21 AM on September 11, 2026, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 2500 block of 16th Street. Entry was gained through a door.

Residential Burglary

At 8:14 AM on September 11, 2026, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 1800 block of 37th Avenue. Entry was gained through a door.

Shootings

Meridian Police responded to 5 shots fired calls and when Officers arrived on scene, only 1 showed any evidence found to support the calls.

At 3:01 AM on September 12, 2026, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 2400 block of North Hills Street. One structure was struck by gunfire, the case is currently under investigation.
